This page explains how quote requests and basic site analytics are handled.

Information we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, property location, the service you selected, optional email, optional notes about your current heating, and the message you write. We also receive the page you sent the request from and marketing parameters already in your browser session if you arrived from an advertisement.

How it is used

We use that information to respond to your request. Your details may be shared with a relevant service provider so they can contact you about the work you asked about. We do not treat a form submission as consent to send unrelated newsletters.

Calls and analytics

If call tracking is enabled, calls to the published number may be logged by the tracking provider for attribution. If analytics tools are enabled, they collect pages viewed and similar usage data.

Retention

Lead records are kept long enough to complete the request and handle follow-up questions. Use the contact page or the published phone number when one is listed.
